Overturned Telehandler leads to Injury

Meldrum Construction Services has been prosecuted by the HSE and fined £4,500 following the injury of an employee operating a telehandler that overturned in July 2008.  Tom Lincoln had not been trained to operate the machine by his employers, nor was he wearing a seat belt.  Mr Lincoln is still unable to return to work as a result of his injuries.
