TERMS and CONDITIONS of SALE for Open Courses

1. QUOTATIONS

Quotations are valid for acceptance for 30 days from the date on which they are made unless otherwise stated in the quotation and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. PAYMENT

(i) Our terms are such that payment must be made in full no later than 20 working days prior to the date of the course. Please note that booking forms received without payment will not be guaranteed a place(s) on the course(s).

(ii) Please make cheques payable to ‘HOW2 Training Services’

(iii) Or if payment is to be made by BACS, please ‘phone Accounts on 0113 3060 435 or 431.

(iv) A VAT Invoice will be raised and issued upon receipt of payment.

3. CANCELLATIONS

(i) Any cancellations are subject to the following charges, please note that all cancellations must be notified in writing. More than 10 working days before the event – 50% of the course cost will be refunded. 10 working days or less before the event – no refunds will be given.

(ii) In the event of cancellation of a course by HOW2 Training Services, we will endeavour to reschedule the event at no extra cost.

4. DEFERMENT OF COURSE DATE

(i) When a customer is unable to attend a course which is already paid for but wishes to reschedule, if this is notified in writing more than 10 working days prior of the course, we will endeavour to find a place on the next available course at no extra charge. Any place booked may only be deferred once. If the customer cannot attend the next course scheduled, the place will then be subject to cancellation charges as above.

(ii) Requests for deferment of a course within 10 working days of the date of the course will be subject to the same terms as specified in item 3 above as a cancellation.

5. INCLUSIONS

(i) All refreshments, course materials where applicable and certificate of attendance.
